General Navigation
- Search Employees - to easily look for a specific employee
Date Selector - filter the report by range of date
Filters - filter the schedule by:
Department
Branch
Position
Group
Activity - to filter reports by on-work or off-work activities
Subsidiary
Cost Centre
Holiday Type - to display events that were tagged during holiday and rest day premium
Is remote - to display events with remote check-in and out
Is offline - to display events with offline check-in and out
Timezone - use if you have employees who are in another timezone
Active only - enable if you don't want to see events of terminated employees
Remote Check-ins - a map location report to view employee location when they record remote attendance
Amending an Event
On the Event List report, you can click on a specific event to view its details and amend it when needed
Direct amendment - you may be able to directly <SAVE> event amendments with no approval required if you have been granted such rights by your administrator.
Request amendment - if an approval process is required for you to amend an event, you will see an <REQUEST> action instead of SAVE.

Bulk Actions
Do more with bulk actions!
Select multiple events on the page to take a bulk action.
Bulk event edit - edit all selected events
Delete selected - delete all selected events
Refresh selected - refreshes all selected events to take on the current Activity and Profile Attendance settings. If not refreshed, the event will always retain settings from the time the event was created.
Convert to Leave - bulk converts any working event to a leave event. For instance, you may want to convert Overtime hours into extra Vacation Leave instead of paying wages.
Select which Leave activity you would like to covert event into and click <SUBMIT>
The conversion Details window will confirm the number of successful conversions and any invalid or rejected conversions.
- Converted events will appear as Leave Balance additions.
Exporting Report
Learn how to customize data on exported report and the step in generating report.
Step 1: On export tab, choose if you want to generate report as CSV or Excel
Step 2: Select which data you want to include on exported report
The following are the details that you can include on the report:
- Employee - name and employment details of employee
- Activity - includes activity name, holiday type and date of events
- Schedule - includes shift time, and attendance policy such as core hours and OT window
- Options - easily review if employee uses remote check-in, their reasons, check-in latitude and longitude, and IP addresses
- Timekeeping - contain timestamps for actual in/out and tardy, absent, undertime details
Click SELECT ALL FIELDS if you wish to include all data on the report
