Branches are locations where your people will be scheduled to work using Global Position System (GPS) technology to determine if employees are in the branch.

Branch Details

General information about your branch that needs to complete.

Address

Details address of your company's branch.

Easily search a location to get an auto-populated address and coordinates, set the correct time zone, and check if the Location pin is on the exact location of the branch.

When you add a new branch, the time zone will be auto-populated based on the default branch’s time zone. 

Please take note: Time zone cannot be changed after the creation. 

Attendance Settings

Allows you to restrict IP for web bundy or mobile phone check-in and determine the maximum meter distance to check-in from the branch.

Minimum Wage

If the company requires your branch to automatically set a minimum wage for all tagged employees in the branch.

This can be identified on Hourly, Daily or Monthly basis.

Changes in Minimum wage value will apply from the start of payroll cut-off. In case Minimum wage increase happens in the middle of cut-off, Payroll processor has to manually deduct adjustment as OP Wage Adjustment for the days not affected by Minimum increase.

Operating Hours

This allows us to auto-fill calendar schedules by branch.

Profiles can also be attached to Branches in order to determine their certain tax, contribution, and wage requirements.
