Reviewing Remote Check-in details

Learn how to review and reject remote check-in/out of employees when needed.



Remote check-in report will only contain working events with remote check-in data


Enable remote check-in option on Employee Attendance details




>> Attendance >Event List >Remote Check-in

Review Remote Check-in Maps

Easily see the exact location of each employee when they check-in/out using the Remote check-in maps!


Step 1: On the Event List report, go to Remote Check-ins




Step 2: Use the search and filter options to easily review the details of a specific employee/s




Step 3: Click the Location pin to see remote check-in/out details of the employee




Blue green pin means its for check-in while Red pin means its for check out


And that's it! You can now review and track employee check-in details!





>> Attendance >Event List >Filters >Is Remote

Reject Remote Check-in 

Aside from viewing remote check-in details, KAMI also allows the Manager and Administrator to reject check-ins when necessary.


This will only work if Remote Check-in Approval is enabled in employee attendance settings



Steps


Step 1:  Once you're on the Event List report, go to filters >Is Remote and select Remote only to populate working events with remote check-in/out details




Step 2: Use the search and filter options to easily review details of a specific employee/s




Step 3: Review working details per day by clicking on an event




Step 3: Click on the Location pin to reject remote in/out
 




You can also click on Location icon to review exact location of employee before clicking REJECT


Note or Description is required to successfully reject check-ins


Rejected remote check-in/out will notify employee via mobile app, webapp and email
