KAMI provides DAILY, WEEKLY and MONTHLY calendars to help easily manage schedules.

Calendar Interface

Use the following tools to help optimize your calendar.



  • Filters - advanced filters to easily view only what you want
  • HRS (hours) count - how many total hours each employee is scheduled to work
  • Branch - know each employees working per branch location
  • Copy - click on the 3 dots to either copy-paste it to another employee
  • Clear - clear the entire row of events


Event Pill

Clicking a certain event will show a quick overview. Expand it to see more details.

Drag an Event

Click and hold an event to drag it to another employee.



Can only be done in Daily and Weekly View page.

Utilize the Team Calendar page and learn to do other things here too!


Singe Event (Adding New Event)

Click on any blank space on the calendar to add a new event.

Bulk Event (Adding Dynamic Schedule)

Quickly add dynamic schedules to employees from the Team Calendar page.



See Creating Working Schedules to get to know more how to add a dynamic schedule and see other ways to plot schedules to employees.



Request Leave

Use this to request a leave on behalf of another employee. For instances like an employee needed to take a time off immediately and did not have any time to file it himself.




Pending Approvals

To get a quick list of all leave and event request pending your approval.
