You can only use Remote Check-in if your administrator has granted you access. Ensure your Profile Attendance Settings are properly configured

Step 1 | Open your KAMI App

From the Dashboard, click the Check-in button.

The check-in button will only appear if you have a working schedule for the day.

Step 2 | Check-In

Provide a reason for working remotely and upload an attachment as proof of your remote work.

An attachment may be required as proof of your remote work, depending on your administrator’s policy.

Step 3 | Face ID

Complete the Face ID verification to secure your attendance.

  • Position your face close to the frame.
  • Ensure good lighting.
  • Blink your eyes for liveliness detection.

Step 4 | Success

Once you see the success message, your attendance has been logged.

Use the same steps to perform a remote check-out when finishing your workday.

Troubleshooting Tips

Should you encounter issues during Face ID verification:

  1. Ensure a stable internet connection and try Face ID again.
  2. Log out, log back in, and attempt the Face ID verification.
  3. Contact your Administrator to reset and re-register your Face ID.
