Remote Check-in

Are you working from home, working at client's office, working in a field area or just anywhere? Don't worry! Use KAMI's Remote Checkin and check-in anywhere you are working!

Remote Checkin


You can only check-in and out remotely if your Administrator provided you access for it. Refer to Profile Attendance Settings to get to know more.


Step 1: Access Check-in Page - from Dashboard, click the Check-in button


You'll only see the check-in button if you have a Working schedule for the day. 



Step 2: Remote Check-in - provide reason for checking-in remotely


Attachment is required as proof of you working remotely.



Step 3: Verify Face ID - to secure your attendance



Make sure your face position is close enough to the frame, ensure you have good lighting, and you will be asked to blink your eyes for liveliness detection. 



Step 4: Success! - indicating that you have successfully record your attendance log


Same steps apply for remote check-out.


TIPS

If you got an error like Face ID verification issues, try to do some troubleshooting first.

1. Ensure you have a good network connection and try to do Face ID verification again
2. Log out and re-login and try to record Face ID again
3. Request for your Administrator to reset your Face ID and register again. Once done, re-do Check-in Face ID verification

If issue still persists, contact the KAMI Support team.





That's it! - You have successfully recorded your check-in / out remotely!
