Detailed control over all aspects of an employee's working schedules, attendance policies, and custom leave policies.





Attendance Setting



Tardy Settings

  • Check-in Required - If an employee is required to check-in and out
  • Break-in Required - If an employee is required to check-in and out during break time
  • Fixed Break Time - If break time is fixed to a specific time or flexible as long as maximum break hours are not exceeded
  • Check-in tardy grace only - If Tardy Grace period will only apply to late check-in (not on early check-out)


Check-in Settings

  • Mobile Check-in - Enables employees to use the KAMI Mobile app to check-in
  • Remote Check-in - Enables employees to check-in with KAMI Mobile even if they are not in the Branch they are assigned
  • Remote Check-in Approval - Allows manager/admin to review and reject check-ins when needed
  • Geo-tracking - Enables admin and manager to track employee movements whilst they are checked-in to work
  • Web Bundy - Allows employees to check-in and out in the web app dashboard
  • Offline Check-in Allowed - Allows employees to check-in without internet access
  • Offline Check-in Approval - Allows manager/admin to review and reject offline check-in
  • Tardy Grace Override - Add a tardy grace period that is applicable to the specific employee


Leave Settings

  • Follow holiday rules - Automate certain activities to new activities that are already set on Holiday Rules
  • Allow adjustment and transfer requests - Allows employees to request Leave Balance Adjustment and Transfer Balance in the Profile Leave




Biometric Data

  • Request / Reset Face ID - Send employee a request to register their Face ID, or reset their Face ID if a new photo is required
  • Reset Fingerprint - Delete registered fingerprint if a new one is required
  • Reset NFC Card - delete registered NFC data to allow new registration




Standard Schedule

Shows fixed schedule of employee.



If you are an Administrator, you can change employee's Standard Schedule via Profile or in bulk via Profile Manager.

Ensure that Start Date cannot be earlier than tomorrow.





Custom Leave Policy

A custom leave policy is used to add an additional leave policy to a specific certain employee.
