The approval process in the KAMI mobile app streamlines how managers review and respond to employee requests. Whether it’s leave filings or event amendments, the app ensures you can easily approve or reject requests on the go. This guide highlights the key features and steps to manage approvals efficiently.

Accessing Approvals


From your mobile dashboard, navigate to the <Approvals> page to manage all pending requests. 






My Requests


On the Approvals page, tap on My Requests. This section provides an overview of all the requests you’ve personally submitted. 




Use this to track the status of your own leave filings, event changes, or other submissions.





Team Requests


This section lists all pending requests from your team, including: 

  • Event amendments
  • Event requests
  • Leave filings






How to Approve or Reject Team Requests 


1. Tap on a request to see additional details

2. Select Approve or Reject based on your decision

  • You can also swipe left on a request for a quick approval or rejection. 

3. If rejecting, provide a reason in the required field


Reviewing the details ensure accuracy and fairness when making approval decisions





Team Check-ins


For organizations that have enabled Remote Check-in, managers can monitor and validate their team’s remote attendance. 


How to Review Remote Check-ins


1. Select the Working Activity from the list.

2. Review the details of the remote check-in.

3. If the check-in seems suspicious, click Reject and provide a reason.



Rejected check-ins ensure attendance records remain accurate and reflect actual work activity.
