Configure and assign Team Attendance access rights for each user role.
Roles
KAMI provides some default roles to help you get started, but can be customized as you wish:
- Administrator - access to all features and should only be granted to a very selected persons
- HR Admin - create, edit, and approve calendar events
- Finance Admin - view calendar, but not edit
- Manager - view and manage calendar for their team
- Employee - view own calendar
An option to add additional roles is also available here
Able to add another role then modify every single detail access as wish to each modules
Rights
Each right may have the ability to either:
- View - View data only
- Edit - View and change the data
- Deny - No ability to view or change data
Those that are grayed-out means that the specific option is locked and cannot be changed.
My Attendance
All changes in own schedule will need to be approved by the Events and Leave Approver.
Administrators may set themselves as their own Event and Leave Approvers in Employment Info Team Org. This enables auto-approval for any calendar requests.
Team Attendance
Determines if a user is able to view another person's calendar.
Schedule Management
Enables access to manage employee schedules.
Attendance Administrator | Able to directly manage team schedules and approve any requests on behalf of all designated approvers, WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL APPROVALS required. |
Attendance Manager | Able to manage team schedules, subject to the full approval process.

Others
Offline Check-in - option to enable or disable the checking-in while on offline mode
By default this is denied to HR, Finance, Manager and Employee roles. You may enable as you wish.
