Control employees' access to various KAMI Workforce modules and define their roles.
System Availability
Modules that have been activated will appear as available, whilst those that are deactivated will be disabled.
This is determined by the KAMI modules that the company administrator has activated within the company's Module Activation Panel.
Status
Determines the modules that employees will have access to. Employees may only be activated to modules that are available.
For example, if Calendar is inactive, the employee will not be able to access his or her schedule or record attendance.
IMPORTANT - Only users with My Team User Rights to EDIT employment info access may activate or deactivate a user from a module. - Active users are immediately chargeable for modules that are active unless the modules is on trial.
Role
Defines the user rights that the employees have for each module.
Here are default roles of KAMI, but you can always add a new role depends on your company policy.
- Administrator
- HR Admin
- Finance Admin
- Manager
- Employee
Admin role should be granted to very selected persons as they have the access all features.
