The Attendance Approvals feature in KAMI allows managers and administrators to review, approve, or decline event amendments, leave filings, and other attendance requests from their team. This tool is crucial for ensuring attendance data is accurate and up-to-date across your organization.
Approving Attendance Requests
- Go to the Approval Page to see all requests awaiting your approval.
- Use search and filter options to find specific requests; Admin users can change to Team approvals to view and manage requests for all employees in the system.
- Review request details by clicking on the specific request to view more information about the event.
- Approve or decline the request, and provide a Manager’s Note if declining (you can use the Standard Response).
- Once approved or declined, employees will receive an immediate notification of your decision.
Calendar Administrator may also view all outstanding calendar approvals within the company by selecting Team Approvals on the filter bar, selecting Approvals, and pressing the <CHASE> button.
