How to Use Offline Check-in

Before You Begin

  • Ensure Offline Access is enabled by your Administrator.
  • Confirm that your device is equipped with the necessary permissions (camera, location, etc.).

RECORDING YOUR ATTENDANCE OFFLINE

1 If no internet connection is detected, a prompt will appear. Tap Enter Offline Mode to proceed.

2 Tap Offline Check-In and select the applicable check-in type.

Provide a reason for checking in  and take a photo to validate your check in.

3Complete the Face ID verification process for secure attendance:

  • Position your face close to the frame.
  • Ensure proper lighting.
  • Blink your eyes to pass the liveliness detection.

Syncing Offline Attendance

4After recording, navigate to your dashboard to view Pending Sync Items. These records will remain queued until an internet connection is available.

5. Once online, open the KAMI Workforce app to sync your pending records automatically.

You can review your synced offline records by visiting My Synced Offline Events to see your complete attendance history.

Check your Web Attendance to ensure that your offline attendance has been accurately synced and recorded.
