RECORDING YOUR ATTENDANCE OFFLINE

You can only record your attendance offline if you were provided access to it.

Step 1: Open KAMI Workforce app - if the app detects you don't have any internet connection, the app will prompt the below message. Click "Offline Mode"

Step 2: Record your check-in details - click the Offline Check-In and choose the check-in type that applies

Adding reason and taking picture is required to record your check-in attempt

Step 3: Verify Face ID - to secure your attendance, verify your Face ID

Make sure your face position is close enough to the frame, ensure you have good lighting, and you will be asked to blink your eyes for liveliness detection.

Step 4: See items pending sync - once done, you will be directed to your dashboard to see all your pending offline attendance that is ready sync when you're back online

Step 5: Sync your Offline Attendance - when you get an internet connection, open KAMI mobile to automatically sync pending offline check-ins

Visit your My Synced offline events to see all of your offline events history.

That's It! You've successfully recorded your attendance offline!

Check your Web Attendance to verify your offline attendance is reflected correctly.
