Learn how to review and reject offline check-in/out of employees when needed.
Offline check-in report will only contain working events with offline check-in data
Steps
Step 1: Once you're on the Event List report, go to filters >Is Offline and select Offline Only to populate working events with offline check-in/out details
Step 2: Use the search and filter options to easily review the details of a specific employee/s
Step 3: Review working details per day by clicking on an event
Step 3: Click on the Location pin to reject offline in/out
Note or Description is required to successfully reject check-ins
Rejected offline check-in/out will notify employee via mobile app, webapp and email
And that's it! You can now review and track employee offline check-in details!
