Discipline Type

Discipline Type refers to the specific category of disciplinary action taken in response to an employee's behavior or policy violation. These types can range from informal actions, such as verbal warnings, to formal measures like written warnings, suspensions, or terminations.

In KAMI, Discipline Types are used to classify and track the severity of each action, ensuring consistent application across cases and helping managers choose appropriate responses based on the nature of the infraction.
