Streamline your employee management by importing disciplinary actions directly into the system. Track offenses, warning levels, and more with ease!

STEPS

Step 1: Get the template - in My Team >Tools >Bulk Data, select the Import type then find Download Template to get the Disciplinary Actions file template

Step 2: Complete the template - fill up the template with your available information. Find here the list of options you can put on Disciplinary Warning Level and Disciplinary Offense Level.

On the Profile Document, this is ID on the profile documents of the employees. A disciplinary action will be created, and a profile document will be attached to it once you import it. Multiple documents can be attached using comma-separated IDs.

Step 3: Import the file - go back to My Team >Tools >Bulk Data >Import >Disciplinary Actions to upload the file. Once done, there will be an email and browser notification that import process is complete.

If Success, it will state how many new profiles were successfully added.

If Failed/Rejected, a detailed report will be provided to your email so you can make amendment. After checking your file, go ahead and re-import your file again.

The details imported will appear in Profile >Employment. To download dependents report, just go back to Step 1 and Export Disciplinary Action. The report will automatically downloaded in your device once done.

That's it - You have successfully added a Disciplinary Action!
