Manage employees' personal data by updating it in KAMI!
Profile Header
See a few simplified details of employees
Hover the mouse cursor Employee's Name to see details such as:
- Name of Employee
- Employee's Company Position
- Employee ID and KAMI ID
- Under it are Subsidiary, Department, Branch, and Cost Center
- Hire date
Amending Data
Step 1: My Team Dashboard - list view of all employees
Click on any profile on My Team Dashboard to open the Employee's Profile tab
Step 2: Edit Data button - In the employee profile, you have access to edit any of the Personal Data section
Step 3: Submit - if you are all okay and await the approver's approval. Once approved, all changes will be reflected immediately.
- You can also download the Resume on behalf of employee!
- Update all Personal Details at once in bulk by going to Bulk Data Management.
Deleting a Profile
You may delete an employee profile if you wish to vanish all of their data in your account.
IMPORTANT Be aware that you cannot retrieved the employee data once you've deleted the account.
This feature should only be made available to the highest security level administrators in User Rights.
And that's it - you can now manage employees' personal data!
