New Employee Approver

Get more control over adding new employees by adding an approval function. Follow this article for your reference.



If NO approvers were configured, all new employees created will automatically be added to your account as an Active users.







Single Employee


Step 1: Add the Employee button -  to access the form




Step 2: Add Employee Form - you may prompt to fill out all basic information about the employee


You can still amend information later



If no Employee ID is provided, system will auto-assigned.
If no Company Email is provided, system will auto-create a dummy email until one is provided.



Clone Profile by replicating the Job details, Team Org, Access & User Rights, Attendance, and Payroll details of an existing employee. 


This is useful if you will add a new employee who has the same position and department as an already existing user in the company.



Choose what should be the person's role and select applicable module that they should have access to. Selecting a module means activating it for them.

Activating a module affects how KAMI will charge your subscription. Follow this article to know more.



Step 3: Add - if all information is okay and a new profile will be loaded


Once you have added an employee, go to My team > Tools > Employee Invites when you are ready for them to join the system!


If the email address or mobile number of the employee/user is already added to another KAMI's account, notice will appear "Existing Employee", just click Add.

If you have New Employee Approvers, the newly added profile needs to be accepted first by the approver before it is officially added to your team.







Bulk Upload of Employees

Add a large number of employees at once!


Step 1: Bulk Data - to access and download the template



Click the Type dropdown button and choose Import. Press Download Template and select Master Profile Import. It will automatically downloaded in your device.



Step 2: Get the Master Profile Template -  fill up all available information from Employee's personal info, Employment, Access, Attendance, and Payroll.



After completing the template save it and go back to KAMI's account



Step 3: Import file - go the My Team > Bulk data and import


Press Master Profile Import and Browse your file. Click Import once ready!


Once done, there will be an email and browser notification that import process is complete.

If Success, it will state how many new profiles were successfully added. If Failed/Rejected, a detailed report will be provided to your email so you can make amendment. After checking your file, go ahead and re-import your file again.


To amend employee details, you can edit it through individual or bulk management Import/Export and Profile Manager.







That's it - You have successfully added a new employee!
