My Team Dashboard provides you with a simplified list of employees for you to access their details.

• My Team - list of employees you have access to
• Full Directory - view all staffs in the company with their basic contact details

Filters

Classified employees according to their groups

You may also filter employees by:

• Status - All, Active and Inactive
• On Probation - turn it on to filter employees under probation period
• Sort by - First Name or Last Name of the employee
• Sort order - reoder the list to ascending or descending

Add New Employee

You may also add large number of employee in mass using Bulk Data Management Import/Export - Master Profile Template

If you have New Employee approver, the newly added profile needs to be accepted first by the approver before it is officially added to your team

Automatically filter the My Team list. The list is limited to only those employees you have User Rights to view

• Contract Expiring - within next 30 days
• Probation Ending - within next 30 days
• Hired - in last 30 days
• Terminated - in last 30 days
• Profile Request - own pending profile request
  

      OTHERS

• Direct Reports - your direct subordinates
• Anniversary - within next 30 days
• Employee Invites - invite new employee (pending activation)
• Team Data Request - all pending profile request of the team
• New Employee Approvals - new added employee
• Document Approvals - all pending documents of the team subject for your consent

The display of the employment data is dependent upon your My Team - User Rights access.
