Goal Cycles track the periodic progress towards achieving target objectives.
Cycle Details
Note: Employees will not be able to submit goals if the cycle status is Closed. However, the administrator may manually change the Status at any time if they would like to allow for amendments outside of the open cycle dates.
Cycle Assignment
- Profile Type - Select to assign by either Employment Type, Department, Position, Branch, Profile Group and Subsidiary
- Group Selection - Choose the Profile Types that will be assigned
- Example: If Branch is selected as Profile type, select which specific Branch will the goal be assigned
- Reviewer - select between:
- Direct Manager - The manager of the employee will be the assigned reviewer of the goal
- Reviewer - Assign a specific employee to review the goals of the employees (depending on user right)
Note: You can add multiple group selections in a specific assessment cycle. However, if the Profile Type is "Profile Group", you can only choose one Group Selection.
Notifications
Notify employees that they need to complete the goal cycle before the due date.
- Example: Cycle due date is December 31 and 1st notification is 10. Employees will receive a notification to complete the goal cycle on December 21
Leave the 2nd notification if not applicable.
Cycle Goals
<add group goal> to create Key Performance Indicators to achieve overall goal!
- Goal details
- KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) - add KPIs
- Description - Add a brief description of the KPI (maximum of 512 characters)
- Weighting (%) - Add weight to represent the KPI's contribution to achieving the goal. (Make sure that the total weight is equal to 100% )
A success or error notification will appear on your screen once you submit the goal cycle. If an error notice appears, kindly check the goal cycle to see what causes the error.
