Assessments are standardized sets of questions designed to measure employee performance. They consist of:
- Employee Self-Assessments
- Manager Assessments
These questions provide consistent metrics that can be analyzed across the company or within specific groups.
Cycle Details
Note: Employees will not able to submit goals if the cycle Status is Closed
Cycle Assignment
Assign goals based on different Profile Types:
- Employment Type
- Department
- Position
- Branch
- Profile Group (Note: You can only choose one group if this type is selected.)
- Subsidiary
Step 1: Select Profile Type (e.g., Branch).
Step 2: Choose Group (e.g., specific branch).
Step 3: Assign a Reviewer:
- Direct Manager: The employee's manager reviews the goals.
- Custom Reviewer: Assign a specific employee with the appropriate permissions.
You can assign multiple group selection per assessment cycle for flexibility.
Notifications
Keep employees on track with timely reminders!
Example:
- Cycle Due Date: December 31
- 1st Notification: December 21 (10 days before the due date)
Optional: You can set a 2nd notification if needed.
Assessment Question
Design standardized, measurable questions for both Self-Assessments and Manager Assessments.
Note: If activated for Manager Assessment, make sure you input an assessment question on the manager's tab.
How to Add Questions:
Step 1: Selection Type:
- Single: Only one answer is allowed.
- Multiple: Multiple answers are accepted.
Step 2: Weighting:
- Each question can be weighted (e.g., 40%, 30%, 30%).
- Total weight must equal 100%.
Step 3: Answer Options:
- Responses should be listed from most positive to most negative (this affects scoring).
Assessment Cycle Notification
Once you submit the assessment cycle:
- A Success Notification confirms the submission.
- If you see an Error Notification, check for issues in the assessment setup and resolve them.
This streamlined process ensures your assessment cycles run smoothly, keeping employees and managers engaged in continuous performance improvement!
