Performance (Mobile App)

Mobile App > More > Performance


You can handle everything related to performance, whether it’s for submitting or reviewing in mobile App.

View all open assessment and goal cycles that you need to submit. You can view the total pending or completed status through the performance dashboard.



Self-Assessment Cycles


In the assessment mobile app, employees can check and filter the status and track the progress of the assigned assessments.



Please follow these steps for submit the assessment:

Steps


Step 1: Click on the assessment cycle - that you'd like to review and answer


Step 2: Select from the choices  - which best describes your answer


 

ROUND-Type selection represents SINGLE selection of answer while BOX-Type selection will allow you to pick multiple answers


Step 3: Leave a comment - Option to leave comments is available for your Manager's reference



Step 4: Save or Submit the assessment - click COMPLETE if your responses are final and now ready for your Manager's review. 


You can no longer amend your responses once submitted unless your Manager returned it to you.



Complete Goals

On the Performance Dashboard, you can view all goals that have been assigned to you.



Goals with PENDING EMPLOYEE and OPEN status are the current goals you need to review and update.


Steps


You may also access the Goal Cycle page to see a full list of all your open and closed or historical goals.


Step 1: Click on the goal - that you want to review


You may use FILTER to easily access goals with PENDING EMPLOYEE and OPEN status.


Step 2: Click on the task - you want to update



Step 3: Update each KPI - based on current progress



Move the progress bar to the right to increase progress of each KPI. You may also leave some comments for your manager's reference.


Step 4: Click Submit - to save your progress


This will only save your progress as a draft. You can still edit the progress anytime.


Step 5: Click Submit on Goal Review page - to send your progress to your Manager


You can no longer amend your responses once submitted unless your Manager returned it to you.



Feedback

Employees can give or receive feedback from colleagues or supervisors regarding their performance at the company. 



Steps


Step 1: Click Request Feedback - that you'd like want to get feedback from other employees


Step 2: Choose Feedback Type - You can choose Public, Private or etc. depending on who can view your feedback 



Step 3: Choose Feedback Provider - You can choose who will be the feedback provider



Step 4: Feedback Topics - You can fill and add the topics based on what you want to get the feedback 


You can add maximum 5 topics in your request


Step 5: Click Submit - to send your feedback to other employees or your manager.



Skills

This skills can include both hard skills, like technical abilities or knowledge in a specific area, and soft skills, like communication or problem-solving abilities.



Step 1: Add Skills - Let everyone know what you are best at


You can add the skills what you have    


Step 2: Click Get Endorsed - For other employees to provide their opinions on the most skilled areas you have



Request endorsement by choose the employee

Step 3: Endorse Others - You can nominate other employees for the skills you know they possess

Step 4: Click Create Endorsement - You can create endorsement to choose the employees



They will provide evaluations and comments related to this skill
