The scorecard provides a summary of how effectively an individual has met expectations, representing the total score derived from your team's assessments, goals, and feedback.

Score Card Dashboard



You will see a breakdown of each employee's scores from the Self & Manager Assessments, Goals, and Feedback, along with their overall score.



Score Weighting


You can customize the weight percentage according to your company's needs.

 


Assessments

Assessments cycle - Select the assessment cycle you want to include in the scorecard


Note: You can select more than one cycle.


Self-Assessment & Manager Assessment % - Input the percentage amount according to your needs

Example: 

  • self assessment - 25%
  • manager assessment - 25%


Goals

Goal cycle - Choose the goal cycle to add to the scorecard 

Goal score % - Set the percentage amount according to what you need 

Example:

  • Goals - 30%


Feedback

Feedback score % - Specify the percentage amount based on your needs 

Example:

  • Feedback - 20%
The total weight for Assessment, Goal, and Feedback must add up to 100%
