Goals are the objective set for you to work towards within a goal cycle.

Complete Goals (Web App)
On the Performance Dashboard, you can view all Open goals pending your completion.
Steps
Step 1: Click "Update Now" - to view and edit the progress of Goal
Step 2: Select the specific sub-goals - to update the progress (%) of each KPI
Update progress by clicking "+" button and leave some comments for Manager's reference.
Step 3: Save - store your progress as a draft
Since some goals can be completed for certain period of time, we can save progress per day before proceeding to Step 4.
Step 4: Submit - once your progress is final and ready for your Manager's review
You can no longer amend your responses once submitted unless your Manager returned it to you.
Other Options
Only use the following options when needed.
Add Additional Goal
Add any additional goal that will only reflect to your own goal.
For example: You were entrust to handle a new project. You can add it as new Goal so your Manager can easily monitor the progress and updates.

Associate Goals
Assign a new goal to your teammate that is related to achieving your own goal.

Manager's Goal that is associated with your goal are also available here for you to monitor progress and updates.

Complete Goals (Mobile App)
On the Performance Dashboard, you can view all goals that have been assigned to you.
Goals with PENDING EMPLOYEE and OPEN status are the current goals you need to review and update.
Steps
You may also access the Goal Cycle page to see a full list of all your open and closed or historical goals.
Step 1: Click on the goal - that you want to review
You may use FILTER to easily access goals with PENDING EMPLOYEE and OPEN status.
Step 2: Click on the task - you want to update
Step 3: Update each KPI - based on current progress
Move the progress bar to the right to increase progress of each KPI. You may also leave some comments for your manager's reference.
Step 4: Click Submit - to save your progress
This will only save your progress as a draft. You can still edit the progress anytime.
Step 5: Click Submit on Goal Review page - to send your progress to your Manager
You can no longer amend your responses once submitted unless your Manager returned it to you.
That's it! - Your goal is now under review by your Manager!
