Performance | Team Performance - Assessments

Manager's feedback is vital to employee's ongoing development. 
Learn how to review your team's performance assessment in the KAMI web app by following the steps below.

Review Team Assessment on Web App

>>Performance >Dashboard >Team Performance >Assessment

All open assessments that are pending for the manager's review can be accessed in the Team Performance Dashboard.

Steps

Step 1: Click on PENDING YOUR REVIEW to open the assessment cycle

You can easily see here the number of assessments that you need to review

Step 2: Select employee assessments with MANAGER review status.

Step 3: Review the employee's answers in the Self-Assessment tab then proceed to the Manager's tab to give your own assessment on them.

ROUND-type selection represents SINGLE selection of answer while BOX-type selection will allow you to pick multiple answers

Step 4: Leave a comment - Option to leave a comment is optional for your subordinate's reference.

Step 5: Save or Submit the assessment - click SAVE if you want to store your answers as a draft. Otherwise, click COMPLETE.

You can also return the assessment to the employee to further review their own assessments.

Once completed, you can no longer change your responses and the employees will be automatically notified that the assessment has been completed.
