Manager’s Feedback: Empower Your Team’s Growth

Your feedback is essential for your team’s development! Follow these steps to review your team’s performance assessments in the KAMI Web App.

Review Team Assessment on Web App

>>Performance >Dashboard >Team Performance >Assessment

Where to Find It:


All open assessments waiting for your review are listed in the Team Performance Dashboard


Step-by-Step Guide 

Step 1: Open Pending Reviews

Click Pending Your Review to open the list of assessments you need to review. 



You’ll see a count of how many assessments are pending for review.


Step 2: Select an Employee

Choose the assessment with the Manager Review status for the employee you want to review.  



Step 3: Review Self-Assessment 

  • Self-Assessment Tab:
    • Review the employee’s responses.
  • Manager’s Tab:
    • Provide your own assessment based on their performance.


ROUND-type selection represents SINGLE selection of answer while BOX-type selection will allow you to pick multiple answers


Step 4: Leave a comment 

You can leave a comment to provide additional feedback or clarify your assessment. This helps your team understand your perspective and areas for improvement. .


Step 5: Save or Submit 

  • Save: Want to finish later? Click SAVE to store your answers as a draft.
  • Complete: Ready to finalize? Click COMPLETE to submit your review.




You can also return the assessment to the employee for further review before finalizing.


Once you submit the assessment:

  • Your responses are locked and can’t be changed.
  • The employee will automatically receive a notification that the review is complete.


By following these steps, you’ll provide valuable feedback that empowers your team to grow and succeed!
