How to use Profile Manager
Learn how to update the details of employees by following the steps below.
Step 1: Select Fields - click which fields you want to update
You can select 6 different fields at the same time
Step 2: Click View Profiles - to view list of employees and review their current data on the selected fields
Step 3: Select Employees - that you wish to amend the details
Use search bar and filter options to view details of needed employees. You can select single employee or use select all option in identifying needed employees
Step 4: Identify the new value - to add on selected employees
Step 5: Click Bulk Update - to review & save the new details of employees
NOTE: If you use bulk delete, it will delete the profiles in the system.
Verify the details before pressing confirm as all changes cannot be reverted in bulk.
If you don't have an access to make edits to employee details, all updates will be subject to approval of employee's My Team Approver. If any profile does not have My Team approver, bulk updates will not be applied
