Since Face ID is used when employees check-in/out on the mobile app of KAMI Workforce, it's always good that we can easily reset this in case previous Face ID were captured poorly.
Reset Face ID
Only Admin/HR or those with edit access to Attendance settings can reset Face ID. Please contact your Admin/HR to reset yours.
- Go to Employee's Employment Profile> Attendance> then click the edit button to edit
- Click <RESET FACE ID> then save
- Once done, the employee will be prompt to re-register Face ID when she tries to check-in/out
