Review & Track Team Goals

Keep your team on track by reviewing their progress once they submit their goals in the KAMI Web App or Mobile App. 



 


Complete Team Goals on the Web App

Manager/Review will be able to see all pending goals for his review on this tab. Filter option is available to check previous Goals that has been completed




Step-by-Step Guide 

Step 1: Open Pending Goal

  • Click on any Open Goal to start your review.
  • Click PENDING REVIEW to proceed.



Click on PENDING REVIEW Button to proceed.The dashboard shows how many employees have already submitted their goals.



Step 2: View Your Team Progress

  • See a list of subordinates who have submitted their goals.
  • Quick Analysis at the top shows overall team progress.




PENDING MANAGER ready for your review
PENDING EMPLOYEE means the employee is still working on their goals


Use Filter or Search Bar to easily look for specific employee/s


Export Progress: Download the current goal progress as an Excel file (xlsx).



Step 3: Review Employee Goals

Click on a specific employee to see the details of their goals and sub-goals.

 


For this page, you'll be able to see sub-goal progress


Step 4: Review sub-goal

  • Review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Add ratings and comments.


Step 5: Save Your Progress

Click Save to save your feedback as a draft.


You can return later to edit before submitting.


Step 6: Click Submit  - once you're done reviewing the goal. This will notify that employee about the completed goal cycle



You can no longer amend your responses once submitted


Option to Return: If revisions are needed, you can return the goal to the employee for updates.



Other Available Options:


Adding Additional Goals

Easily add extra goals for an employee to reflect new projects or responsibilities. Add any additional goal that you want to reflect to a specific employee



Tracking a new project within a set timeline.
