Learn how to repay Advance Wages of employees to Harmony Philippines Lending Inc.

Process is only applicable if an employee files an Advance wage from their mobile app within the cut-off

This needs to be paid first before you can process disbursement of regular payroll.

Steps

Process starts after Payroll Processor finalizes the payroll and is now ready for disbursement

Step 1: On the payment page, click Repay now

Step 2: Export the repayment list for reference of the breakdown of loan details

Step 3: Transfer the total advance wages to stated bank details

Kindly send payment receipt to finance@kamiworkforce.com for easy validation of payment

Step 4: Go back to the Repayment page and add payment details

Step 5: Confirm payment to notify KAMI that you've successfully processed the payment

You will be added as the processor of payment for KAMI's reference

Status of Advance pay will only be marked as PAID after KAMI team verified your payment to HPLI bank account.

Once done, you can proceed in processing the disbursement of the regular payroll of employees!
