Updating Invalid Email (Mobile)

Quickly learn how to update your registered email address in the KAMI mobile app by following the steps below.


This only applies to user who don't have any email address when they were added to KAMI. KAMI provides a dummy email address first to such user.


Steps


Step 1: Login - on the Mobile app. 
On the dashboard, there will be a warning message if the system detects that your current email address is invalid. 



Step 2: Continue - to update your email address to a valid one. 
Type and click send to receive an email containing an OTP number to help verify your email





Never share your OTP to others to make sure no one else can access your account



Step 3: OTP - type the OTP you have received in your email. 




If OTP was typed correctly, there will be a success notification. If OTP was incorrect, an error notification will prompt.



You can also request to edit your email in the web app or contact your Administrator to update it. 




That's it! you have successfully updated your email!
