KAMI Workforce takes your security seriously, especially when accessing your account in shared or public spaces. To ensure the safety of your data, KAMI Workforce offers a special Public Computer Login option. This feature provides an automatic logout mechanism to protect your account when using public or shared devices.
How to Use the Public Computer Login Option
Step 1: Login - on the web
Step 2: Select your Country
Step 3: Type in your email address or phone number associated with your KAMI Workforce account
Step 4: Check the box labeled "I'm on a public computer". This ensures your session will follow enhanced security protocols, including an auto-logout feature.
Step 5: Input your password to complete the login process
Automatic Expiry Feature
When logged in using the Public Computer mode:
Session Timeout:
- Your session will expire after 10 minutes of inactivity or use.
Expiry Warning:
- A 1-minute warning will appear before the session expires.
- You can choose to extend your session by another 10 minutes or let it log out automatically.
Automatic Logout:
- If no action is taken within the warning period, the system will automatically log you out and redirect you to the login page.
