Edit/Cancel Submitted Claim

Already submitted your claim but you need to edit some details? Learn how to make amendments on your submitted claims or cancel it.




Edit/Cancel Claim (Mobile)

All your pending claims are available in My Claims page.


Step 1: Access the Expenses


Click More from the dashboard and select Expenses.


Step 2: Review the claim


Click on any pending request you want to review or wish to edit.


Step 3: Claim Form - amend the fields that you would like to update or delete the claim and re-submit.


Step 4: Update Claim

  • Cancel - will only cancel any edited details
  • Delete - will completely remove the claim in your record. Once it is deleted, there is no way to retrieve it anymore.


WARNING
Once a claim is deleted, it can't be retrieved anymore. 





Edit/Cancel Claim (Web)

All your pending claims are available on My Expenses page.


Step 1: Access My Expenses page


Step 2: Review the claim 


Click on any pending request you want to review or wish to edit.



Step 3: Calculate - to re-compute your final reimbursable claim amount, if there's any changes


Step 4: Submit

  • Cancel - cancel any edited details
  • Delete - completely remove claims in your record. Once it is deleted, there is no to retrieve it anymore.


WARNING
Once a claim is deleted, it can't be retrieved anymore. 


Once a claim updated, it will go to your pending approval page again.
