Easily update your registered email address in the KAMI mobile app by following these simple steps.
This guide applies to users who were added to KAMI without an email address. In such cases, KAMI assigns a temporary dummy email address.
Steps to Update Your Email Address
Step 1: Log in to the Mobile App
- After logging in, you'll see a warning message on the dashboard if the system detects an invalid email address.
Step 2: Update Your Email
- Tap "Continue" to proceed.
- Enter a valid email address and click "Send" to receive an OTP (One-Time Password) for verification.
Important: Never share your OTP with anyone to ensure your account remains secure
Step 3: Verify with OTP
Check your email for the OTP.
Enter the OTP in the app.
- If the OTP is correct, you’ll see a success notification.
- If incorrect, an error notification will prompt you to try again.
Additional Options
If you are unable to update your email in the mobile app, you can:
- Submit a request to update your email via the KAMI web app.
- Contact your Administrator for assistance.
