Follow below steps how to reset your password in KAMI app.

Mobile - Reset Password

Step 1: Select Country

Step 2: Type your valid Email Address or Mobile Number

Step 3: Click "Continue" - you will then directed to write your password.

Step 4: Click "Forgot Password" - to reset your password.

Check your email for the reset password link. And await for the OTP sent to your mobile number if you chose mobile to reset password. 

Step 5: Create New Password - create your new password and reconfirm.

Minimum 8 characters. Must include a number and a symbol.

Step 6: Login with your new password

Web - Reset Password

Step 1: Click Forgot Password

Step 2: Select Server Location

Step 3: Input your registered Email Address or Mobile Number in KAMI

Step 4: Click "Send Link" - check your email or SMS for a reset password link and click it

The attached email link will expire after 2 minutes if not used. Repeat process if it expires.

Step 5: Create new password

Minimum 8 characters. Must include a number and a symbol.

Step 6: Login with your new password
