Forgot your KAMI password? Follow these simple steps to reset your password using either the mobile app or web platform.
Reset Password on Mobile
- Select you country
- Enter your registered email address or mobile number.
- Tap Continue to proceed.
- Tap Forgot Password to begin the reset process.
- Create a new password and confirm it.
- Log in with your new password
Note: Check your email for the password rest link or wait for the OTP sent to your mobile number if you chose mobile.
Tip: your password must be at least 8 characters long and include a number and a symbol
Reset Password on Web
- Click Forgot Password on the login page.
- Select your server location.
- Enter your registered email address or mobile number.
- Click Send Link and check your email or SMS for the reset password link.
- Create a new password.
- Log in with your new password.
Note: The reset link expires after 2 minutes. Repeat the process if it expires
Tip: Ensure your password meets the security requirements (minimum 8 characters, including a number and a symbol).
