How to Reset My Password?

Forgot your KAMI password? Follow these simple steps to reset your password using either the mobile app or web platform. 



Reset Password on Mobile

  1. Select you country
  2. Enter your registered email address or mobile number.
  3. Tap Continue to proceed.
  4. Tap Forgot Password to begin the reset process.
  5. Create a new password and confirm it.
  6. Log in with your new password


Note: Check your email for the password rest link or wait for the OTP sent to your mobile number if you chose mobile.

        

Tip: your password must be at least 8 characters long and include a number and a symbol



Reset Password on Web

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page. 
  2. Select your server location.
  3. Enter your registered email address or mobile number.
  4. Click Send Link and check your email or SMS for the reset password link.
  5. Create a new password.
  6. Log in with your new password.


Note: The reset link expires after 2 minutes. Repeat the process if it expires


Tip: Ensure your password meets the security requirements (minimum 8 characters, including a number and a symbol).
