See all profile documents in one page! You may search for a specific document or use the filters for easier access.

Bulk Upload

Learn how to upload documents in bulk.

Make sure to consolidate all documents in a .zip file prior uploading.

Steps

Step 1: Download bulk document template - complete necessary details and make sure that the file names are correct to avoid errors upon importing.

Document Types are

1. Disciplinary
2. Personal
3. Loan
4. Employment
5. Contribution
6. Taxes
7. Benefits
8. Regulatory
9. Training
10. Company

Document Access can be

1. Confidential
2. Private
3. Public

Save the file and name it as "Profile_Documents_Upload".

Step 2: Upload - import the .zip folder created that contains all documents INCLUDING the Bulk Document Template from Step 1.

Allowable file types are PDF, PNG, JPEG, DOC, XLSX.

Step 3: Confirmation - await for a notification to confirm that you have successfully imported the documents. Otherwise, please check your email to see the errors in your import file.

That's it! You may check the uploaded documents in My Team >Tools >Bulk Documents or go directly to Profile >Documents tab.

Bulk Download

Steps

Step 1: Select documents - choose either individual or all documents to download.

You can select up to 60 documents only.

Step 2: Confirm - in the Bulk Document Download window, verify the total number of documents to be downloaded.

Bulk Delete

You can select up to 60 documents only.

Step 2: Delete - in the Bulk Document window, verify the total number of documents to be deleted.

Once document is deleted it can not be retrieved.
