Importing Leave Balances

Import records of any leave balance adjustments.

For each employee, the following details should be provided:

  • EmployeeID and Name - required
  • Activity - refers to the name of Leave Activity
  • Addition/Deduction - any manual additions/deductions that have been granted to employees
  • Notes - According to the purpose of the leave
  • Date - date of import, the format is YYYY-MM-DD
  • Carryover - any leave balance carried over from the previous year

KAMI's automated Leave Policies will only begin from the Leave Policy Start Date. Thus any information prior to such date should be reflected in the Leave Balance imported.

The Leave Policy Start Date should typically be set as the date of migration to KAMI
