Week 1: We’ll set up a fully operational system tailored to your business needs

  • Employee Data - we will import it for you!
  • Attendance - Working schedules and historical timestamps loaded
  • Leave - Your policies, fully configured on our system
  • Payroll - Sample historical Payroll generated in KAMI, complete with line-by-line validation and actual historical payslips to identify any discrepancies


Week 2: Showcase what KAMI can do for you

  • Invite you to join KAMI
  • Walk you through our system, including key features and modules
  • Discuss our findings and recommendations from the first week


Week 3: Hands-on experience

Over to you! Experience KAMI yourself by:

  • Record and monitor attendance; employee check-in and check-out
  • Request events like leaves, shift requests
  • Approve employee requests
  • Process payroll using actual timestamps


Week 4: You decide

IMPORTANT: Please ANONYMIZE all data provided for the purposes of the Trial by ensuring that no personal names or identification numbers are provided.  Identification within the system should only be by unique Employee ID.

Your Questions, Our Answers

  • I have a pretty complicated business setup, can you port all these over to KAMI within the trial period?
    Walk us through your Must Haves, Should Haves, and Nice-to-Haves during our weekly catch-up calls. We recommend prioritizing the most important HR pain points and processes during the trial period.

  • Can we also test other modules aside from the Core HR?
    Absolutely. Reach out to your dedicated KAMI Account Manager or Customer Success to get started.


  • What do you need if we want to test other modules? (i.e., Performance, Expenses, Benefits..)
    We will load sample data for you in the system. We can speed up the process if you have documents related to the module you wish to test out.


  • Do we have to sign a contract right away after the 30-day free trial?
    No, this is a zero-commitment trial. We want what's best for your business, so sign up only when you’re satisfied with our platform.
