Termination Reasons

KAMI provides default reasons that can be configured according to your country's employment regulations.



Changing default settings may impact proper regulatory reporting upon termination.

Termination Types

Customize each types applicable to your company's policy.



  • Wage Basis - select from Basic Monthly, Fixed Monthly, or Gross Monthly 
  • Years of Service - specify a range for which Reward Months will be paid
  • Reward Months - months of pay as per the Years of Service 



Benefit Compensation

Provides an additional percentage on top of regular termination payments in order to compensate for any other lost benefits, as is required in certain countries. 




Leave Compensation

Determines what percentage of unused leave balances you will pay upon termination.


 


Prorated Bonus

Automatically adds a prorated bonus payment.



  • Bonus Wage Basis - monthly wage basis upon which you pay bonus
  • Bonus Wage Multiplier - if you will pay a bonus at a rate other than 100% of the monthly wage 
  • Bonus Wage Rounding - whether you will round up or round down the number of months served 
  • Minimum Bonus Months - if the minimum is not met, no bonus will be paid
  • Last Bonus Date - last payment date to receive the bonus
