KAMI Tablet has a touchless feature wherein employees may login to their accounts and check-in/check-out of their schedules without touching the tablet by using a Near Field Communication (NFC) Card and with Face ID.

You must login as an Administrator before employees could register or activate their account

Make sure that the check-in method is NFC

NFC Card Specification should be the following:
Frequency - 13.56 MHz
Communication Protocol - ISO/IEC 1444

Steps on how to register NFC

Step1: Register Now - follow the instructions on the screen to register your account

Step 2: Mobile Identification - enter your mobile number for your OTP

Make sure to add the country code

Step 3: User Password - After you register your mobile number, KAMI Tablet will ask you to create your own unique password.

Minimum of 8 characters and must include a number and a symbol

Step 4: Register Face ID - the tablet will automatically start taking a photo after a 3-second countdown that will be seen on screen. After first verification, you will be asked to retake the photo to confirm photo match quality with your face ID

To register your face ID, position yourself inside the circle on the screen, ensure good lighting, and remain still during the verification process

Step 5: NFC card registration - place the card on the NFC scanner of the tablet. Tap it again with your NFC card to confirm registration

NFC Card Registration Successful will appear on the screen upon successful registration

Step 6: Register fingerprints - as a backup way for checking-in and after you have inputted your tablet code, you will be prompted to register your fingerprints

Touchless Check-in

Once you're done setting up your account, you may now start using the NFC card for touchless login to KAMI tablet!

Step 1: Place your NFC card on the scanner and the KAMI tablet will read your NFC Card

Step 2: Upon processing your NFC card, you will be taken to the face ID verification screen

Please remain still and face the camera directly as the tablet will automatically take a photo

Once successful, you are now logged-in to KAMI tablet and directed to dashboard

Step 3: You'll see an auto-confirmation with a five-second countdown. After that, the tablet will automatically check-in your schedule

You may press cancel if you wish not to proceed with your check-in

Repeat the same process to check-out

Forgot NFC Card

Forgot your NFC card? No worries! Simply tap on FORGOT NFC  and you will be prompted to use your fingerprint to check-in/out via tablet.
