Step 1 | Access The Document
You can access your document for e-signing through either of the following methods:
From the Web App: Navigate to Dashboard and locate your pending document.
From Your Profile: Go to Profile > Documents and find the document requiring your signature.
Step 2 | Sign the Document
- Click on the document labeled "To Execute." A pop-up window will appear.
- Click "Start" to begin the signing process.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the document and locate the "Signature" box.
- Click the Signature box and choose your preferred e-signature method: Use a pre-defined signature or Upload your own signature.
Step 3 | Complete the Process
Once your e-signature is applied, click "Finish."
The document status will change to "Completed."
You can download a copy of the signed document from the web or mobile app for your records.
