KAMI's Document Templates is a resource that provides customizable templates for various business needs, such as certificates and agreements, allowing employees to easily edit existing templates or upload their own, like a Certificate of Employment.

ADDING DOCUMENT TEMPLATE
Step 1: Add Document Template - to add your document template, go to My Team > Settings > Document Templates, add the necessary information.
You can a Document Template with variables, allowing certain fields to be auto-populated upon export, making the process easier and more efficient. See here the list of variables you can use.
If Allow Public Document is checked, this means that anyone with access to the system, regardless of their role, can view and download the file via Profile Documents. While if unchecked, only users with specific roles that have been granted access to private documents can view and download the file.
Step 2: Save the Template - the saved template will appear on Profile Documents > Add Doc
