Creating Dynamic Schedule

Dynamic schedules are intended for working events that are irregular or change frequently.

Bulk Events

>> Calendar > Team Calendar > Bulk Event

  • Choose to apply events to any selected Employees, departments, branches, or groups.  Multiple selections will apply the events to all those selected.

  • Select the Week, Activity and Shift/Event Template you would like to apply events to.

If Remove Existing Events selected, the entire week will be completely overwritten - thus if there are empty days being scheduled they will become blank in the calendar.

If not selected, then only new or overlapping events will be added to calendar - blank days will not delete any existing events already scheduled on those dates.

  • Add Event  - To create different types of events on various days
  • Repeat Event - To replicate the event across multiple weeks
    • Starting - Choose the week to start the repeat
    • Repeat Every - Select if you want to repeat every week, every 2 weeks, 3 or 4 weeks - in case employees have alternating schedules
    • Repeat Times - Choose how many weeks to repeat

Single Events

>> Calendar > Team Calendar

Create a single event for one employee or edit/delete such an event.

  • Selecting a blank cell/date on the calendar will show the details below to be filled up.

Manager Approval and Employee Consent maight be locked by administrator settings.

Single Employee Scheduling
