Live Chat

Should you need to reach someone quickly, we have our Live Chat available for you!

  • On Web, click your Profile Icon >find Help Center >click the "Chat with us". 
  • On Mobile, click More >Get Help >click "Message Us" at the bottom of your screen.


An agent will be available to answer your queries in just a few minutes. If an agent is not available, leave us a message and we will get back to you in no later than 2 business hours.



Support Ticket

For more detailed questions, concerns that need further investigation by our team, or if its outside business hours, it's best to write a support ticket to us.

You can also create your own personal help portal here, easily track all support tickets and collaborate with our Support team.


Ensure that you have provided all necessary information for us to investigate your concern such screenshot of the issue, screen recording if applicable, and steps you took before encountering the problem.


Support tickets will typically be responded in less than 30 minutes during business hours, and in no case more than 24 hours.
