Notifications

Settings > Company > Notifications

Keep track of any updates, requests, and changes to your profile.

Dashboard

The "Notifications" area of the dashboard will display updates on requests and changes.

Browser 

A pop-up message shows in the upper right corner of the desktop web browser. 

Mobile

Notifications are accessible immediately from the mobile app. Push notifications can be sent even while the app is not being used. 

Employees must authorize the KAMI App's notifications on their device in order to get push notifications.

SMS

Notification will be delivered through SMS. 

Email

Notifications will be sent by email 

Setting up Notifications

My Team > Do more > Settings > Notifications

In system notification settings, you can decide what type of notifications employees will receive and indicate the recipient of the notifications:

Notice Period

The time period during which the Target profile will receive the notice. It is either before or after an event has occurred. 

Target Profile

Will be receiving the notification.

Group 

Use this option if you want other users to receive notifications in addition to the Target Profile. 

For example, contract expiration alerts will only be delivered to Managers. However, because HR wants this information, we can construct a separate group for HR personnel and include it in the "Group" column of Notifications.
