Notifications

Settings >Company >Notifications


Stay informed about all updates, requests, and modifications to your profile. 



Dashboard

Updates regarding requests and changes will be displayed in the "Notifications" section of the dashboard.





Browser 

A pop-up notification appears on the upper right side of the desktop web browser.




Mobile

Notifications are accessible directly within the mobile app. Even when the app is not actively in use, push notifications can be triggered to keep you informed.



To enable push notifications, employees must allow the notifications of the KAMI App on their device.


SMS 

Notification will be sent via SMS 




Email

Notifications will be sent via email

 


Setting up Notifications

In system notification settings, you can control what type of notifications employees would receive and indicate the receiver of the notifications:






Notice Period

Period of time when Target profile will receive the notification. It's either before or after an event has happened.




Target Profile

Who shall receive the notification



Group 

Use if there are other users that you want to receive the notifications aside from Target Profile.


Example: For contract expiry notifications, these will be sent exclusively to Managers. However, as HR also requires this information, we can create a dedicated group for HR personnel and include it in the "Group" column of Notifications.
