Integrating Workable in KAMI
App integration depends on your role access rights. Make sure you have the rights. Contact your Company Administrator or support@kamiworkforce.com to get support.
Step 1: From your Workable account, go to Settings to get your account's Access Token and Subdomain
Follow this Workable article to know how to get access token.
Your account subdomain would be the account URL. Just remove the ".workable.com/backend/settings/" texts when entering this in KAMI.
Step 2: In KAMI Workforce system, go to company settings
Step 3: Find the Marketplace page
Use the search bar above to easily find what you're looking for.
Step 4: In Marketplace page, click the Workable pill
Step 5: Enter the Access Token and Account Subdomain from your Workable account
Once a candidate is moved to "Hired" stage, the candidate's profile will automatically be created in KAMI Workforce system. Go to your My Team page and filter the page by clicking "Hired (30d)" to track.
Together with automatic profile creation, the following will also be automatically saved.
- Full name
- Address
- Copy of CV / Resume and/or any other documents attached
- Education
- Work experiences
Step 6: Manage employee data
Follow this article to manage employees data individually or in bulk.
