How to Record a Checkpoint
Before You Begin
- Checkpoints are for location documentation only and do not serve as actual attendance records. Follow this article to record your actual attendance.
- Ensure your device has GPS and camera permissions enabled for accurate tracking.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. From the dashboard, click on All Actions
Then click on Record Location Checkpoint to view a list of all your historical checkpoints.
You can adjust the records by selecting the period you'd like to modify.
2. Choose a Branch or Location
Branch: Predefined based on company branches.
Location: Search for a nearby area or use your current location (limited to a 1.5 km radius)
The location radius ensures users remain near the checkpoint area for accuracy.
Input your reason and add any attachments to support your record, such as delivery receipts or client documentation.
3. Complete the Face ID verification process to ensure a secured checkpoint
Position your face within the frame.
Ensure proper lighting.
Blink when prompted to pass the liveliness detection.
4. A success notification will appear, confirming your checkpoint has been recorded.
That's it!- You have now recorded your Checkpoint!
