Daily Attendance Policies

Add or deduct a daily fixed amount based on the attendance of employees. 

Select the policy that applies to your team!



  • If an Employment Type and Group employee is not tardy for a scheduled event, then an Event Bonus named Daily Bonus of 100.00 will be made for each event.


Usually given to employee to motivated good attendance record


  • If an Employment Type and Group and Daily is paid an addition named Holiday Pay of 100% of the daily rate if the employee comes to work, on paid leave, or on a rest day before the Regular holiday and classify it as under Wage Adjustment.


Usually apply in PH for daily paid earners to receive the basic daily paid when they are not required to work during Regular Holiday.


  • If an Employment Type and Group employee is absent for Working, then Absence Penalty named Absent Penalty will be made under Wage Adjustments.


Enable to encourage employee to take less absent.



Fixed Attendance Awards & Penalties

Automated Fixed amount awards and deduction based on the number of Tardy Occurrences within the payroll period. 



  • If a Employment Type  and Group employee is tardy more than 0 times per payroll period, then a tardy penalty named Hourly Lateness of 150 will be made.


  • If a Employment Type and Group employee is not tardy more than 0 times per payroll period, then an addition named Attendance Bonus of 1,000 will be made.


  • Employment Type and Group is paid an addition named Meal allowance of 150.00 for every day of paid activity attended under De Minimus



Fixed Payment with Tardiness Deduction

Add a fixed allowance per payroll run with automatic deduction if the employee got tardy or absent.


  • Employment Type and Group employees will receive a fixed payment named Transpo Allowance of 1,000 per payroll period, less 5.00 for every hour they are tardy.


  • Employment Type and Group employees will receive a fixed payment named Transpo Allowance of 1,000 per payroll period, less 100.00 for every day they are absent.



Monthly Wage Tardy Deductions

 Enable to automatically deduct hourly tardy amount on the basic salary



Deduction will appear under Wages and will be deduction to the Basic salary of employee




Seniority Awards

Fixed amount awarded to employees according to the length of their service.


  • Employment Type or Group has been employed for more than 5 year(s), then a Bonus named Loyalty Reward of 5,000 will be made.




All computed amount except for Monthly tardy will appear under Other Payment section of employee Payslip
