Tax Details

On the payslip page, you will immediately get the summary details of tax deductions. Click on view details to review full details.



Manually add Tax Adjustment on each payslip when needed. Add "-" sign if an additional tax deduction will be added. The option to import tax adjustments is also available if multiple employees are affected.


Tax Reconcile will display annual tax adjustment if tax reconcile is enable during computation

Income Tax

Tax withheld for wage-related income and allowances earned in the payroll period


  • Gross Income 

    • Total Wages - all taxable wages such as working, overtime, holiday pay, etc
    • Taxable Other Payments - Other Payment Types that are set as regular on the tax status 
    • Taxable Contributions - any employer contributions that are considered taxable



This depends on country policy that can be configured on income tax type.


  • Deductions - sum of Deductible expenses + Contributions

    • Deductible expenses - custom configurable expenses based on your country
    • Deductible Contributions - any employee contributions that are tax-deductible



  • Net Income - the difference between Gross Income - Deductions

  • Estimated Annual Net Income - the product of Estimated Monthly Net Income * Taxable months

    • Payment Cycle Multiplier - how many times do you get paid per month
    • Estimated Net Monthly Income - the product of Net Income * Payment cycle multiplier
    • Taxable Months - default as 12.00 if the employee is not a new hire on the current year



For new hires, taxable months will depend on tax start date


Example - Employee was hired on March 15, her taxable months would be 10 (March- December)


  • Estimated Annual Taxable Income - the difference between Estimated Annual Net Income - Non-taxable Income



  • Estimated Annualized Income Tax - annual tax computed based on Estimated Annual Taxable Income
  • Income Tax - the quotient of (Estimated Annual Taxable Income / Taxable Months) / Payment Cycle Multiplier
